This in person service is a reoccuring class held every other week at Virginia Health Foods in Mobile AL. During this class we dive into the benefits and wonders of the Chakra System and how it can enhance the over all wellbeing of life through balance and restoration. Class 1 answers what the Chakras are? how and why they affect our lives, the power of the Subconscious Mind, and we begin our individual dive into the Chakra System with the Earth Star Chakra.
