Talking to a specialist with no bias & no judgement can be very therapeutic and healing. Allowing you to be vulnerable and honest about what you feel and where you are allows you to see yourself truly so that you can make beneficial choices and acquire skills and habits to foster the best version of your self. Many people including men, women and children from all walks of life feel as though they have no one to talk to; this can surely create toxic thoughts that cycle in the mind and spill over in to our lives. I am a practitioner of all that I teach and my skills and been honed and developed through life experiences. I am here to listen, share experience and teach life skills that I use and know personally are effective.
